Note: You can only cancel your order within 10 minutes after placing it. After that, the order has already been processed and can no longer be cancelled.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Most orders are delivered within 7–12 business days after dispatch.

These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations, customs processing, weather conditions, or other external factors outside our control.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods.

Order Tracking

All orders include Track & Trace.

You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Correct Your Sleep is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
