Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Correct Your Sleep. If something isn’t right, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Please review product details, sizing and fit guidance, materials, and images carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions prior to purchasing, contact us at email@correctyoursleep.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at email@correctyoursleep.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can properly assess and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return within the 30-day return period, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Be returned with original packaging and all included accessories
  • Show no signs of wear, marks, odors, or usage

Items that have been used, altered, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement.

Exceptions

A replacement or refund may be offered only if the item is:

  • Defective upon arrival
  • Damaged during shipping
  • Incorrectly fulfilled (wrong item received)

Refunds

If your return or claim is approved, a refund or replacement will be issued at the discretion of Correct Your Sleep.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that additional processing time may apply depending on your bank or payment provider.
